Everyone, if you receive a product with a factory defect such as: unstitched, torn, peeled, stained, dirty, construction faults or that has not been sent in the size or color requested, we will give you a full refund or exchange according to your preference. Shipping costs will be covered by us.
In order to validate the return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all corresponding labels.
Once you receive the merchandise, you have 24 hours to submit any exchange or return.

If any of these products does not satisfy you for any reason or you wish to change the size or colour, you can return it by paying only the shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will only cover the cost of sending the product to us. In the case of a change of size or colour, you will have to cover 2 shipments, one to return the merchandise and another to send you the change of merchandise again.
In order for the return or exchange to be valid, the product must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, unstained, undamaged) and in its original packaging with all corresponding labels.
Once you receive the merchandise, you have 5 business days to make any changes or returns.
For hygiene reasons, we do not make changes or returns on bottom pieces such as: Thongs, panties, briefs, panties or similar and accessories such as garters or stockings.
- All shipments of merchandise are videotaped as evidence of the conditions in which each item is shipped, as well as the quantity, color and sizes. Therefore, they will be used to compare the information provided by the customer.
- Le Sexy reserves the right to accept or reject a request for an exchange or return if the merchandise shows signs of having been used, mistreated, or damaged by the customer or if it is not in its original packaging and/or with all of its labels.
- In all cases where the product does not correspond to the evidence in the request, the shipping cost will not be refundable and it will be the customer's responsibility to recover their package by paying a new shipping cost.
- No changes and/or returns are made on clearance merchandise.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment account without exception.
